I began my real estate career fresh out of college and have grown into a consistent top producer in Chicago. I have been in the top 5 agents each of the past 10 years and in 2012 was #1 in both the city and Illinois in closed volume of residential sales.

Hard Work
My personal philosophy of business is quite simple. I believe in effective marketing, personal service, and most importantly hard work. I work 80 hour weeks and have a strong group supporting my business. The Lowe Group specializes in new construction developments as well as resales on Chicago’s north side.

Philanthropy
I support dozens of philanthropies each year and have been instrumental in starting several new parks in Chicago. In addition, I am on the board of Starlight Children’s Foundation and serves as a real estate consultant for other charities and schools.

Mairin is a Chicago native who joined the Lowe Group in 2004. She specializes in residential sales in the Lakeview, Lincoln Park & Roscoe Village areas. What Mairin loves most about real estate is helping clients find the perfect home.

Gina Coates

Gina first worked with the Lowe Group from 2001-2007, and was instrumental in it's early growth. She has recently rejoined the team after taking a hiatus to run a high-end residential construction company. She returns with a greater knowledge of new construction and the market overall. Gina is excited to be back with the Lowe Group and is looking forward to working her previous clients, as well as many new ones.

Lindsay Fath Everest has been working in residential real estate in the city of Chicago for over 7 years, 6 of which have been with the Lowe Group. She specializes in resales and working with buyers. Lindsay brings a deep-rooted interest, hard work and knowledge of the industry to the Lowe Group and their clients. She is also active in the community and sits on the board of Chicago Children's Charity.

Josh specializes in multi-family investment properties, as well as helping buyers and sellers with single-family homes and condominiums. A real estate agent for over seven years, Josh brings to the Lowe Group a diverse range of expertise.

Arno Gerbrecht

Arno Gerbrecht has held a real estate license for 10 years and been a member of the Lowe Group for more than 7 years. A long-standing resident of Lincoln Park and Lake View, he has an outstanding working knowledge of Chicago's northside neighborhoods for buyers, sellers and new construction. A background in finance and being a licensed Illinois attorney allows Arno to provide insight to his clients and represent their interests to the fullest.

Katie acquired her real estate license in 2009 and has worked at Sudler Sotheby's and Koenig & Strey prior to joining The Lowe Group. She balances the group's scheduling needs and handles all contracts and paperwork, new listings, as well as the many responsibilities of being a license broker.
